Anna Mazek Art
I specialize in textured pieces, using a variety of techniques and mixed media. These are applied to add an extra dimension to my work, allowing me to explore each subject with an individual approach. The majority of my work is based on memory and recalled feeling, to capture the emotion of the experience.
Originally from London, I grew up within a multi cultural society that greatly influenced my approach. In 1976 I trained at St Martin's Art College, London, where this approach was consolidated with new techniques and methods. Circumstances led to a change in career which brought me to Devon in 1987; where I still reside, and gain most of my inspiration from the beautiful surroundings.
in 2007 I decided I needed a website to showcase my art and was awarded the Bel Art Excellence Award. I also exhibit professionally with the Saatchi Online Gallery, the Society for all Artists, Fine Art America and Artreview.
I now exhibit with the prestigious Pier Head Gallery, which is an innovative and dynamic gallery based in Exmouth, run by artist Emma Bishop. To contact Emma, please click on the following link:
